Code of Conduct
AI for Access is an inclusive hackathon. We are committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone — regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, body size, ethnicity, age, religion, or technology experience.
Expected Behavior
- Be respectful towards all participants, mentors, sponsors, and organizers.
- Use inclusive language and respect pronouns.
- Accept constructive criticism. Be open to different perspectives.
- Focus on what is best for the community.
- Show empathy towards other participants.
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment in any form (verbal, physical, visual).
- Discriminatory jokes or language.
- Unwanted sexual attention or advances.
- Intimidation, stalking, or following.
- Publishing others' private information without consent.
Reporting
If you experience or witness harassment, please contact the organizing team immediately. We take every report seriously and handle them confidentially.

Consequences
Participants who violate this Code of Conduct may be removed from the event at the discretion of the organizers — without refund.
